When you have sent your registration form into us you will be sent an information pack containing a newsletter, training plan and a personalised sponsorship form.

Although there isn’t a minimum sponsorship we do respectfully ask that you try and raise as much as you can. Maybe your company will match fund you.

This year it will cost £4.1 million to run the Hospice of which £2.9 million has to be raised by voluntary fundraising.

For example your sponsorship money can provide the following:

• £275 could provide an inpatient bed for a day

• £80 complimentary therapies eg: reflexology, aromatherapy & hairdressing for Day Care patients for a day

• £288 covers the cost of transport for Day Care patients per day

• £100 for a patient to attend the Lymphoedema clinic

• £134 is the cost per day for physiotherapy

• £345 is the cost of running the kitchen for a day

• £342 is the cost of maintaining the Hospice building per day
